We had our wedding reception here for our smaller intimate wedding of 50 ppl and it was everything we wanted and more! Mandee is amazing and so easy to work with, she basically assumed the roll of whatever we needed and did it flawlessly! The bar and wait staff were awesome and the drinks were stronggg which is not a bad thing haha! I can’t even tell you how many people told us that this was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! We had the Steak Medallions, Cajun Chicken Alfredo, and the Gnocchi Burrata Pasta and it was all amazing 12/10! Our appetizers were also to die for, especially the duck wontons! All in all, if you’re considering Mad Capper for a chill and moody private event or reception DO IT! It was exactly what we wanted and we are so happy we chose to do it there!

I love this place! I own a shop downtown and this is my go to place for lunch, because of the people, the warm atmosphere and the food. I'm a breakfast for lunch person and they offer brunch until 2pm every day. Staff is awesome!

Such a fun experience, amazing food and beer. Ordered steak bites, truffles fries, Benedict burger, the special favorite lager and a mango blonde ale. The staff is super friendly and the food came out quickly! Big recommend for anyone wanting a laid back atmosphere where you can easily talk with friends.

Come one, come all. Get drunk and learn how to spell the word “Vinaigrette” - yeah, looks weird, doesn’t it? They have it right though - so don’t call them out on it and embarrass yourself though.

Good food and excellent service! The espresso madmartini was amazing! The food was good and service was spot on! There is a large screen TV. The space is fun. If you’re visiting Stillwater this a great stop for some food or drinks or both! All of us enjoyed our meals. They were not stingy on the alcohol so have a designated driver or plan like we did to shop for a few hours! I could see this place being packed on weekends in the summer. We were here on Sat in Oct. Also there is market fee. We were a little surprised by that. So just a heads up! We didn’t mind!

Of the few times I've been here, the food as always been good. Currently sipping on two drinks, "The Perfect Man," & the "Filthy Pickle." Very unique and tasty!

Great lunch at the Mad Capper on Friday May 23rd! We were celebrating a birthday and our server, Chelsea, was AMAZING! We had the French onion soup and the Chicken Wild Rice soup and both were terrific! We shared the chipotle patty melt and they split the meal for us and that’s always a plus! The drinks were really good and they had a great selection of cocktails! Really great service from everyone there! Such a nice local restaurant with great staff and good food! Thanks for a great afternoon!! And the liqueur advice ( order a beer shot! It’s NOT beer. Really really good!) Also, the music was great too! Perfect blend of 70’s-80’s music - Wendy and Dave
